This is a LS Swap I've been working on for the past year. The LS has been rebuilt, here's the list of things done: 5.7L LS1 LS6 Style intake manifold 30 lb/h injectors (stock) Aftermarket Fuel pressure regulator Haltech Rebel LS VCM3 Camshaft Cleaned and decked block and heads (MLS head gasket) PAC dual valve springs Trend Chromoly pushrods ARP cam bolts and head studs ML10295 Mellings oil pump Smith bros rocker trunnion upgrade kit New OEM harmonic balancer LS7 gold clip lifters and buckets JP performance single row timing chain Vcm cam bearings New OEM+ Flat top pistons - 10Thou oversized (bored) Hastings piston ring set New sensors ACL race rod and main bearings 2.25" twin exhaust - I plan on doing a 2.5-3 Inch redo when I have the money Calflow Cylinder Head Coolant Steam Port Crossover Throttle Body Bypass I have only just recently gotten the car driving as of this post, some things are still yet to be done until it can be driven for longer periods of time, things such as: Interior isn't put back together. Radiator needs solid mounts Intake needs to be setup Wiring needs to be tucked better Shifter knob needs to be die'd to an M10x1.25 thread to install the stock shifter back on (personal preference I love the stock shifter knob) Speedo needs to be wired, tacho is complete Wheel alignment needs to be done Eventually if I save up more money I plan on getting a Series 6 JDM front bumper and also new coilovers. But so far this build has drained me financially for the year.
Build steps (7)
- 1
Replace PCV/Vacuum lines
- 2
Replace OEM coolant crossover lines with aftermarket intake bypass vent lines
- 3
Adapt T56 VSS to Dakota digital SGI-100 for 300zx cluster.
- 4
Fabricate solid mounts for radiator
- 5
Adapt T56 shifter assembly for stock 300zx shifter knob (M10x1.25)
- 6
Tuck wiring harness (make it look pretty)
- 7
Put interior back together

Very cool!
BoostlessZ22dHey Scott, I'm the developer for this app and commented on your build. Your post shouldn't have been deleted, mind reaching out to me from profile -> settings -> send feedback? I'd be happy to look into what could have happened to prevent it from happening again. And once again I love this build lol
